5. Tendering & Bidding: Prepare bids for automatic rolling shutter projects, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining cost efficiency. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to receive accurate quotations.
6. Cost Monitoring: Track and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and adjustments to estimates as needed based on project scope changes or site challenges.
7. Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks related to project cost, schedule, and materials, proposing solutions to mitigate such risks and ensure budget adherence.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, installation teams, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of materials and services.
9. Value Engineering: Suggest cost-saving alternatives for materials or designs that maintain the functionality and quality of the automatic rolling shutter systems.
