Logistics Co-ordinator

Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled and organized Logistics and Shipping Agent Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the transportation of materials, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and efficient communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments. This role requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong logistical expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and oversee shipment schedules, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
  2. Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, including bills, invoices, and customs documentation.
  3. Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide tracking updates, and resolve shipping-related issues.
  4. Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure smooth logistical operations and resolve delays or discrepancies.
  5. Review and verify purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  6. Track shipping errors, address issues as they arise, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  7. Prepare and manage budgets for distribution and shipping expenses, optimizing cost efficiency.
  8. Ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements in all shipping operations.


Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field in the UAE.
  2. Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics processes.
  3. Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  5. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. UAE driving license preferred.

Driver

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safely drive and operate a lightweight vehicle (van, small truck, etc.) for the transportation of rolling shutters, parts, and materials to and from production sites, client locations, and suppliers.
  2. Assist with loading and unloading of rolling shutters and related products, ensuring they are securely transported.
  3. Ensure products are delivered on time, meeting customer expectations and delivery schedules.
  4. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure it is in safe working condition before and after use.
  5. Maintain accurate delivery logs, noting the mileage, fuel usage, delivery status, and any issues encountered during transportation.
  6. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
  7. Communicate with customers during deliveries to confirm their availability and ensure products are correctly placed.
  8. Maintain clean and organized vehicle conditions, ensuring the proper care of the goods in transit.
  9. Adhere to all road safety rules and company policies during transportation.
  10. Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
  11. Follow routes efficiently and keep up with traffic regulations to minimize delays.

Qualifications:

  1. Valid driver’s license appropriate for lightweight vehicles (manual and automatic).
  2. Clean driving record with no major violations.
  3. Ability to lift and handle rolling shutters or materials up to [specific weight limit].
  4. Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
  5. Good communication and customer service skills.
  6. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  7. Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Preferred:

  1. Familiarity with GPS and route planning software.

Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Draftsman

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed and accurate technical drawings for automatic rolling shutters, including plans, elevations, sections, and installation layouts based on client specifications and project requirements.
  2. Design Support: Assist the design team by converting sketches and concepts into precise CAD drawings, ensuring that all components, including motors, control systems, and shutters, are accurately represented.
  3. Customization: Customize rolling shutter designs based on site-specific conditions, ensuring that the shutters meet the client’s functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements.
  4. Coordinate with Engineers: Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that the drawings align with the project scope, and integrate feedback for any revisions or adjustments.
  5. Material Detailing: Provide detailed material specifications and part lists for the fabrication process, including the type and dimensions of materials needed for the shutters.
  6. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs adhere to relevant industry standards, local building codes, and company specifications for automatic rolling shutters.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation. Prepare reports and updates for the design team and clients when needed.
  8. 3D Modeling: Utilize 3D modeling software to visualize the design of rolling shutters, improving client presentations and providing more accurate representation of the final product.
  9. Site Visits (if necessary): Conduct site surveys to gather information, confirm measurements, and ensure that designs are tailored to the site conditions.
  10. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with installation teams to ensure that the design can be implemented smoothly during the construction phase, providing technical support when needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software (knowledge of 3D software is a plus).
  3. Basic understanding of automatic rolling shutters or related systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  4. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
  5. Ability to interpret and execute design requirements based on technical specifications.


Site Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves significant interaction with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Organize materials and ensure construction sites are safe and clean.
  2. Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
  3. Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
  4. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required.
  5. Inspect facilities and analyze operational data.
  6. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  7. Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.

Qualifications
